Hi,
I installed Ubuntu 9.10, but for some reason it has destroyed my old home user.
It seems as if it formatted the whole partition, even though I did not have format partition selected. This is a catastrophic situation. Is there any way I can recover at least some of the data from the disk?
The data I want recovered used to reside in my home folder.
