When I try to upgrade to 9.10, my (kubuntu) system wants to download and install lots of gnome packages (such as gconf), and lots of gdm libraries. Is this normal? There's about 780 Mb of stuff it wants to install. I'd like to check that I'm not going install loads of uneccesary stuff before I upgrade, as I'm already quite low on disk space.
