What is it with it not closing down properly so often, and getting stuck in memory until you restart the PC? It doesn't do this crap on *buntu, so what gives? Add that to the fact that installing Office 2007 now means that Vista idles at 750MB+, random lockups, 'Not Responding', IE8 crashing repeatedly, stuttering sound because the CPU gets hogged by opening anything, startup that takes a couple of decades, and it really is feeling like time to ditch this rotten vomit pile and permanently move to the land of the brown, PulseAudio problems and all.

+1, a Windows forum would be a better place to ask you question.

Is there any reason why I shouldn't close this thread. You've go 30 minutes.

Thanks for the ultimatum cariboo907? If you feel the need to flex your mod muscles and deliver strange little threats go right ahead, it doesn't bother me in the slightest :)

Yeah, he's eventually going to get banned. I see it all the time.

I'm probably going to get an infraction for this post too. Go figure.

Well the main good reason why a windows user might post on a linux forum is if they have an issue with windows and believe me the windows communities out there are not nearly as helpful as linux ones.
