Kernel upgrade issue

Ever since upgrading to the 2.6.32 rc6 kernel I've been getting the following error at bootup and shutdown:


Unable to find a suitable fs in /proc/mounts, is it mounted? Use --subdomainfs to overide

Anyone know what it means and how to fix it?
