upgrade to 9.10 crashed

I have just upgraded to 9.10 and when system runs it shows just a black screen, nothing else. It seems that everything works correctly, sound of system starting is played and even harddisk react on my actions with mouse and keyboard.But i couldnt see anything but black screen. I decided to run and then install 9.10 from CD, but both times when it is loading files from CD it shows just black screen, so I cant even install it.
Pls help, I am quiet disappointed cause Idont have time to configure again and again my system....
