Upgrade to 9.04 - users have different resolution?

I upgraded from Intrepid to Jaunty and now my users have different resolutions? One user has a higher resolution than the other, like it defaulted to a lower resolution for some reason...

Don't they all read from the same xorg file how can I fix this?
