Blank CD-R shows 12 MB of free space

Since I installed ubuntu 9.10, the iso burn applications shows 12MB of free space on a blank CD-R disc. (Everything else works though, I can just start burning and it works) Does anyone know where I could look for the bug?

I have tested it and it occurs on bot i386 and x64 systems (different hardware).

I seem to be experiencing this as well. I just recently upgraded to 9.10. Although, mine consistently shows 12.8MB. But the behavior is the same, disc burns just fine. I'm not quite sure where to start looking for information to report it as a bug.
