i still prefer those over those modern crap, you never ever got a half opened can or a can that don't fit. ;)

It is a can opener/bottle opener as used for camping. I have many of them around here, they are issued in NATO forces ration packs. Yes I can use one and have done on many occassions, possibly one of the best can openers available.
