Problems with hard drives and installations (Server 9.04 vs Desktop 9.10)

Hello, I just installed 9.10 on a test box I have, but I had a bit of a problem. The computer has two hard drives and in one of them (sda) I had Ubuntu Server 9.04 for testing, when I installed Ubuntu Desktop 9.10 In the other hard drive (sdb) I thought I would be prompted with GRUB to select OS but never happened, now I cannot but into the Server OS.

Is there anyway I can get GRUB to ask me what I want to do?
