I just downloaded and installed 9.10, overwriting Windows XP.
The installation was flawless, but the problem occured when logging in. I can log into failsafe gnome and xterm, but not regular gnome. When trying to log in regularly, what happens is I get this weird graphical error where the screen flashes in this wave formation for 2 seconds and then it goes back to the login screen. If anyone could help I'd greatly appreciate it, thanks so much.
