i have a very old dell lattitude d810 with an ati x600 graphics card but the drivers usually supplied by ubuntu don't work i got the del linstall dvd d/l'd to upgrade to 9.04 and even that was tricky because the automated install wouldn't work. So I'm wondering if i'll be able to upgrade to 9.10 esp with all the problems i'm hearing about lockups and flickering texts and such. I'm really not fond of reinstalling software and downloading upgrades and installing all my programs over again. I'm just wantingthis computer to work and not have all these freakin' problems with graphics cards...
