We all know that KDE is a very shady project.. They could be plotting anything.. And it probably has something to do with world domination...

Well, the money they pour into development of KDE could be spent to find homes for kittens that are in the pound. But since it's not being used that way, a lot of kittens will not be placed in homes, so they will be put to sleep.

So technically, the KDE team is indirectly killing kittens. :)

Yes, I know that, but hey, you have to remember that this forum is huge.

Every now and then, the database goes berserk, and posts like this only add more data to the already huge database, making it more difficult to maintain.

I know, I can't tell you what to post and where to post, and I won't do that to begin with, just a little heads up.

RAVTUX, to those who know that user.

If the bump thread hasn't killed the database, then I'd guess we're safe (Not to mention the O NOES, KARMIK SUX kind of threads). There's nothing wrong with sharing the paranoia about your favorite DE, as there's nothing wrong with sharing the paranoia about the database going berserk ;).

And no beating on RAV's memory, please.

Two people are eating a clown, one turns to the other and asks "Does this taste funny to you?"

A piece of string walked into a bar, and the bouncer threw him out right away saying, "We don't serve your kind here." So the piece of string tied a knot in himself to look like a head, combed its end out to look like hair, and walked back into the bar.

The bouncer took one look and said, "Aren't you that piece of string I just threw out." The string said, "No, I'm a frayed knot."

This obviously isn't a lighthearted thread, there are people talking about dead kittens.

SomeGuyDude

Greg

No, but then I haven't really used it much since updating to 4.3.3 so I don't really know :)

I do sometimes have the occasional niggle with copying files and stuff, but I don't mind as they're working hard and I'm sure these tiny issues will be fixed soon!
