Gnome windowlist - what package?

Hi,

I want to get rid of the window-title-text in the windowlist applet.
I have been using Smooth Task by panzi for KDE for a while and have to say: Yes, the text is useess clutter. So I want it gone.

Can someone tell me in what source package this is? I will hopefully be able to work the code from there on.

After that I will try and make the gnome panel only use a fixed amount of space on my screen, not just expand or not. *grml* (wasn't the option to set % value in like gnome 1.x existant?)

I believe it is either gnome-panel or gnome-panel-data, not sure which one though... Hope this helps you!
