Hi all,
I installed 9.10 Beta on one of my machines about a month ago. I'm trying to upgrade to the Real Thing, which apparently looks more like a big update than a usual upgrade.
I'm attaching images of the error I'm getting:
First it says not all updates can be installed, and asks me if I want to install a partial upgrade. To which I respond OK (screenshot-1, attached)
Then it starts the updating, which looks like an upgrade. (screenshot-2, attached)
Then it says "Could not calculate the upgrade -- An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade: The package 'kubuntu-desktop' is marked for removal but it is in the removal blacklist" (I have KDE and GNOME on the current installation) (screenshot-3, attached).
The message goes on to say "This is most likely a transient problem, please try again later." But I've been trying since the new release a few days ago.
