View Full Version : connecting logitech mx1000 bluetooth mouse

i'm running 64-bit ubuntu 9.10 (minimal installation) with kde-minimal on top. i've been trying to connect my logitech mx1000 bluetooth mouse, but i've been running into some trouble.

i grabbed the bluez package, but when i use the command 'sudo hidd --connect <bta>', i get a 'hidd: command not found' error.

i saw that there is a package called kdebluetooth, but it seems to pull in a number of packages. do i really need that many to connect a mouse?

what's the best way to connect it in kde? i'm looking for something minimal.
