I downloaded the broardcom Linux driver for the wireless card in my Dell Mini 9 but it's a TarBall. The OS is Ubuntu Netbook Remix and it doesn't recognise the wireless card so I really need to get that driver running.
I can just about manage with a modern(ish) interface ClarkConnect pushed me hard but I got it set-up and the server is running.

But the linux command line leaves me for dead so I need major help getting the driver unpacked and set up.

Is there a good walk-through available?

Many Thanks nmduck

Hi Mnduck,

Try System->Administration->Hardware Drivers. Make sure you're connected to the Internet (via wired ethernet) and then choose Broadcom Sta.
