Netbook Remix: Add on or full distro?

When I upgraded my netbook to 9.04, I downloded NBR as a deb package. The new Karmic NBR CD is similar in size to the desktop CD. Does the CD for NBR contain the entire OS?

Yes, it does. If you wish to install Ubuntu standard and then add the netbook remix parts, just install the ubuntu-netboot-remix metapackage from Synaptic. By the way, Ubuntu installation cds are compressed, so that the actual size is much larger.
