ubuntu 9.10 updates problems

I've installed Ubuntu 9.10 from scratch a couple of days ago, and today with the daily update it came a window saying "Not all updates can be installed" and that I need to do a Partial Update, after trying that it didn't work and I got an error message saying: "Could not calculate the upgrade".

Have you updated the repositories?


sudo apt-get update
