There's a site named www.kubuntu-art.org . I just discovered it recently . It's hosted by opendesktop.org. You can upload your artworks and download artworks from there . There's a section for brainstorms . There you can share your ideas to impove kubuntu, but I couldn't find not even a single entry though . You can easily become the first one to contribute an idea . If you wish to contribute artworks to kubuntu , you have to first upload them to www.kde-look.org (yeah , not to the www.kubuntu-art.org) and then inform the kubuntu developers
