I want to install Xilinx ISE and EDK 9.2 on ubuntu 9.10.
I don't know how to.

if you gave any hint _where_ you are stuck you might even get help. installing these tools is quite simple: download, run installer, source settings, watch for missing libraries and finally run the software...
