Hi all,
I am running a Lenovo y500 - recently ugraded from Jaunty to Karmic. Jaunty was terrible in this laptop already. However, I didn't want to really risk losing data so kept it - thought, Karmic would be better. But now, Karmic also 'feels' little unstable with laptop monitor flickering and shaking now and then, frequent crashes etc.,
So, thought of downgrading to hardy - don't want to miss data; also, I have a Windows XP dual boot. Is there any way I could do this w/o loss of data and w/o affecting Win XP?
