It's just one of the wallpapers included in Karmic :)

The colours are too washed out. It makes me prefer the Humanity/Human icons and theme.

Meh. A little bland and boring. Looks a little bit like the Dust theme, but not as good.

Then again, I find the Karmic login screen to be extremely amateurish looking. At least the background of it.

I agree completely, nice try, but the scaled shades of login screen are sooo ugly
