Anyone got any experience with it?

Looks cool and I've always wanted to try it but despite trying to compile it on three different OSs I've never been able to install it. Eventually I'll just test out something like MidnightBSD where etoile is installed by default

I've wanted to try it but their download servers are incredibly slow. I forget if they have a torrent available. Its a very refined looking OS which is what intrigued me.

It's a desktop environment but they offer a downloadable virtualbox image of Ubuntu 9.04 running Etoile trunk.
