Sync Windows Mobile with Ubuntu?

Hi,

I would like to know how I can sync my Windows Mobile with Ubuntu e.g Transfer Files, Sync Calendar, e-mail etc ..I saw on a blog or something people saying that you can use SynCE and MultiSync, but how do I install it and how does it work?
