The 9.10 Upgrade does not show at the top of the Upgrade manager.
Anyone know how to fix this?
EDIT: Show new distro releases is set to: Normal

System - Admin - Software Sources
Then change update tab to show releases.

Still doesn't show up.
I am connected to the Internet and normal updates are working.

Did you do a reload/re-sync or whatever? If so I am out of thoughts...

I'm also experiencing this problem. I had the update message once, but I didn't have the time to do the update then. Now the message is gone...

OF course you could always use apt-get to do it...
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get upgrade-distro
That should make 9.04 current, then upgrade to 9.10.
Good luck.
