post count

I have a question....I noticed something odd. When I make a post it has below the post a number of beans. Which I gather is the number of posts a user has on the forum.

Today I noticed my number was at 198 and even after making several more posts it still said 198. So maybe I am wrong.

So I went to the control pael and it said 198, then had a link to show all my posts. I clicked the link. I says there a 225 results.

So now I guess I don't know how any of this works.

Can anyone shed some light?

it keeps community chat postwhores like me with relatively-low post counts, and encourages us to venture out into the support boards.

Thats what it is supposed to do. But since that happened I have gone much less into the support boards, I dont know why, but its the truth...
