I had windows vista and ubuntu as a dual boot system, then I upgraded to windows 7. This got my grub erased. Now I can only boot to Windows 7. How can I restore my grub so that it gives me the options to choose between ubuntu and windows (as it did before)?

Thank you.

Has happened to me before, easiest way for me was to boot up into the Ubuntu Live CD and re-install grub from there

Does this restore my grub to how it was before? My partitions have not changed. And how can I do this restore from the ubuntu live cd?
