- Attention input not supported - is the message floating around my screen even with the option of running from the disk only.
I tried to upgrade from my working 9.04 but the install failed after several hours of processing the upgrade files. I never got beyond a screen full of script. I looked for some way to adjust anything having to do with video input, but I don't know enough to know what I'm even looking for.
I am writing from my newly re-installed 9.04 PC, no problems with the screen. It sees my video input with or without the NVIDIA-glx-180 driver package.
I installed 9.10 on my ancient IBM Thinkpad with no problems at all, so the disk is solid.
There must be a work-around, yes?
