I like Google Chrome but wondering if Google has tool bar for its own browser Chrome, as it has pretty cool toolbar for firefox and IE, does any one know ?

No it doesn't and it likely won't get one either as if you have the default search engine set to Google then why would you need a google toolbar?! Slap some bookmarklets on and add some extensions instead.

There is an extension for Google Bookmarks. You may find other functionality in other extensions or user scripts.

The toolbar provided more than just search...
How can I enable all the other functions of the toolbar?
Translate, Pagerank, etc...

Just thumb through the extensions. Translation is done automatically (Chrome detects the language and asks if you want the page translated, and it remembers your preference for future pages in that language.)
