Karmic upgrade help

Ok, so I am now running Karmic, with no problems. The bad part is, last night when it finished, it asked me to uninstall obsolete software, but it was past 11pm, and my mom was getting mad at me for staying up so late on the computer, so i clicked no. Can I still do this now?

Try
sudo aptitude autoremove in a terminal. To launch a terminal, click on Applications->Accessories->Terminal.
