Could not install 'flashplugin-nonfreebeta'

I get the following error message when upgrades for flash are being applied

subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 2

I'm not sure if the repository is incorrect or if there is something wrong with the file. Would definitely appreciate some help on this

Does anyone have anything? Is this a repository issue? This is quite annoying as most websites now use flash and we can't use them now.

This is also holding up installing pretty much anything through the Ubuntu Software Center and synaptic. So now in addition to web browsing this is affecting my ability to add or remove programs.
