I just ran into a small problem whilst trying to upgrade from 9.04 to 9.10.
The upgrade process starts OK and gets to the 'Setting New Software Channels' bit of the process. Then it displays a notice about disabled software channels, followed by another about support which is ended for certain apps. After that, I get the following error message:
Error authenticating some packages
It was not possible to authenticate some packages. This may be a transient network problem. You may want to try again later. See below for a list of unauthenticated packages.

I checked the .themes folder to see if I could delete these, but none of them appears in this location, so I can't get rid of them.
The problem is that at this point the upgrade is aborted, so I can't get any further.
Can anyone suggest how I can overcome the problem?
