9.10 Installation Setup Freezing

I burnt the ISO for Ubuntu 9.10 using InfraRecorder (I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium) every time I get to the installation setup page (with the black background) it freezes whenever I select "Install Ubuntu". So I tried it again but selected "Check Disc For Errors" and it froze again.

Any suggestions?

How did you end up solving this, was the disc burn faulty? I'm having exactly the same problem.
