What is up with the PPA keyserver?

I haven't been able to download any keys for several days.
I get this every time.

gpg: keyserver timed out

Same here. I pinged the server, and it seems alright. Anyone know what's wrong? I am trying to setup the Pidgin repository. :(

UPDATE -- Actually, it just worked randomly. The server is responding pathetically slow, but it did eventually work after enough prodding. Just keep at it.
