theme from .edj extension

I downloaded a theme from opendesktop.org it is of .edj extension how can i use it? I tried archive manager ,theme manager no use

.edj themes are for use with the Enlightenment e17 (http://www.enlightenment.org/) window manager - they won't work for Gnome or KDE.
