Everything in the installation worked out, except for an issue installing "ubuntu-desktop".
I received the message:
"Can't install 'ubuntu-desktop'
It was impossible to install a required package. Please report this as a bug."

I suppose I should further point out that I'm upgrading from Jaunty, not doing a clean install.

sudo apt-get install -f solved the issue.
