I use my 32" Toshiba LCD TV as my main display and it works fine with Windows (XP, Vista) without any issues. That being said it is also the only thing stopping me from using Linux as it doesnt seem to be able to handle it. When I start the PC it shows the BIOS screen no hitch. As soon it begins to boot the screen starts to flash like it's out of range. I tried both Svideo and the PC-VGA connector without any luck. I thought 9.10 might work but it failed today. It is a Asus branded ATi Radeon 9550GE AGP video card.

I can't see the installer, the console or the Desktop. Even when I installed it using a standard monitor and then hooked it up to the TV still no go. This should not be difficult and frankly I am at a loss for making this work.
