Different Desktops, Different Widgets

I was kind of impressed when I watched a KDE video showing different desktops with unique widgets and even unique backgrounds.

This doesn't seem to be the default behavior with Kubuntu.

How can I get this functionality?

today I had the same question and found the answer: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1313139. They told about a menu. There you can also set the option that there will be a unique set of widgets.
