Hello,
I'm doing some data entry on a Windows Vista computer and there's some strings which are repeated over and over.

I was wondering if there's some sort of FREE program available that will allow me to get the phrase "Accounts Payable" whenever I type "AP", and get the phrase "Accounts Receivable" whenever I type "AR".

NOTE: The program must not require adminstrator priviliges to install.
Thanks.

Look at Shortkeys (http://www.shortkeys.com/screen.htm) (screenshot).
The free version is Shortkeys Lite (http://www.shortkeys.com/lite.htm).

Oh, I forgot to mention, I need a program that doesn't require administrator rights to install.

Texter!
Coded by Lifehacker's Adam Pash. Check it out http://lifehacker.com/software/texter/lifehacker-code-texter-windows-238306.php

I'll throw my vote in for Texter as well. I use it constantly and it hasn't failed me yet!

Can someone post the texter program/file onto this forum. Lifehacker.com is blocked on these computers.

I found the texter installer at http://svn.adampash.com/texter/Releases/0.6/
and the exe can be installed without administrator privileges.
