I have already downloaded and am using it, however it is still not the final version, so I do have a couple of bugs. The new addition is supposed to be this month but I don't know what date.

Very cool! This is gonna be a world class OS, and it seems only a handful of computer users even know it! :KS

Be mindful that 16:00 UTC is a target time, or at least it's about when things have happened before. Don't forget that the ISOs have to pass a QA procedure and all mirrors need to be synced and ready before they are opened up. So there could be a delay - or it might even happen earlier. Who knows? :)

You could just update to the Release Candidate right now and beat the rush. There haven't been RC updates in 48 hours, so it's pretty safe to assume the RC is 99.99% of the final release.
