Mouse stuck on right side of screen

Pretty irritating bug with the GUI, when mouse is moved near the right hand side of the screen it does not respond to movement for a period of 1 - 2 seconds. I have 2x GeForce GTX 8800 in SLI which I use for gaming with Windows. It would unrealistic to have to remove a card just to get Ubuntu working properly. When I loaded Ubuntu from the Live CD I didn't have this problem. I think this has to do with the nvidia drivers I was prompted to load.

So I went to System > Administration > Hardware Drivers and uninistalled the nVidia graphics drivers and the mouse is back to working normally. Though I do wonder how I could get this working properly using the nVidia driver. Maybe it's not worth the trouble...
