View Full Version : [ubuntu] How to remove 'Ubuntulooks'?

I recently did
sudo apt-get install gtk2-engines-ubuntulooks to install the a theme. It uninstalled my default human theme. How do I get it back? sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop?

Start a program called "synaptic" in your system menu or by typing synaptic in the box brought up by pressing "alt f2".
THEN look for ubuntulooks in synaptic. Find it, right click it, and select uninstall.

Oh!! I've found a meaning to my life!!! great pic! but yes, the best way to removing and installing new apps and themes, specially when we're still noobs, is through Synaptic!
