I have been trying to get compiz to work properly for a month now. I have no internet and have seen the list of DEB's which require lots of other dependencies. My question: Is there a download manager that can be used on windows xp, which is at my school, that can download all dependencies using a script. I'm using ubuntu 9.04 amd64.
