Are there any CD Covers for Karmic yet?
How do I make CD Covers in GIMP? Is there a template?
How do I use the CD Wallet artwork that is here https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DIYMarketing#9.04%20artwork ??

Do I just put it in a regular CD Case? It looked like that's all it was and there was some way to fold it. Am I right?

You can download CD/DVD Design Template from here (http://duplication.mimeo.com/action/DownloadsView). It's a PSD, just open it in GIMP (and be sure to look at the hidden layers).
