After a long and hard decision to finally wipe windows away from my computer, I decided to install a fresh version of ubuntu 9.04 as the only OS. I tried to install ubuntu from the live CD (one of the official free ones sent via mail) but the installation process skipped step number 6, the migration assistant. I can't continue the install process until I know for certain my documents, music, movies, etc. can be easily copied over onto my new ubuntu install.
Any Suggestions?
