In terms of Linux's "client list," nothing says respectability more than having official government agencies support the system we know and love :)

The article says nothing about Linux. They could very well be running Drupal on a Windows server.

when did Linux start being able to run IIS?
EDIT: nvm. they must have Linux as their Gateway/proxy server and IIS as their main servers.
