Tablet PC: how to get ascreen keykoard after suspend?

I borrowed a tablet Pc and I's m trying ubuntu on it, what I didn't find out is how to login after a suspend without plugin in a keyboard.
How doI get ba schreen keyboard there?

I read there: If in System > Preferences > Screensaver you've enabled "Lock screen when screensaver is active" deactivate it. CellWriter won't show up and you'll have to reboot. There is a way around this but it involves introducing a keyboard widget for the screensaver.

The option is disabled here, the problem occurs after suspend. Did you see sth more specific?
