Its impossible to know.

Cloud is what Chrome OS IS, or...will be, according to their blog post...all it is is Chrome Browser running...and that's it. That's what they say anyway.

To quote the disclaimer at the bottom of the page:

Chrome OS is not related to Google. Service provided by SUSE Studio (http://susestudio.com/). See the license (http://en.opensuse.org/OpenSUSE_License).

I doubt this is the actual Chrome OS.

Same doubts here, from the Screenshots page, it looks like it's just some distro with Chrome preinstalled

FAKE!!!!!!*
*Note: I don't know if it is fake or not, however:
A) It has:
GNOME 2.24 desktop environment
OpenOffice.org 3.0 office suite
GIMP 2.6 image editor

Chrome will not have OO.o, and probably not GIMP or GNOME.
B) Still have seen nothing in the media about this.
 / :( / :|

I believe that google sites just allows someone to make a webpage easily. Very clever of whoever pulled this off :P

Edit: Damn, beat me to it.
