"Chrome" is browser jargon for parts of the GUI. If you look in your .mozilla folder you'll have a directory called chrome.

I see that all the time. I mean not happening ALL the time...but I've seen this before. I don't get why this is strange to see.
I've even see this on IE.

No, the main browser script is running slow. Lo and behold, it offers to terminate itself! :D
