9.04 existing installation with newly-added drive
I have 2 drives, 3 partitions: sda1,sdb1,sbd2. I set up different-sized partitions on sdb because somewhere in the dark recesses of my memory is the idea that RAID0 prefers "unbalanced" partition sizes. That might be old UNIX or ancient VMS, or maybe it's that I never had a "matched" set of disks. Or perhaps my putersheimers kicked in. After all, I've forgotten more than I ever knew :)
How do I set up RAID 0 (stripe set, no parity) with IDE drives?
